We were honored to welcome Dr. Mauricio Zapiach from New Jersey to engage in a meaningful discussion with Professor Ming-Shun Wu of WangFan Hospital and the talented TAF team.

Dr. Mauricio Zapiach shared his thoughts:“Thank you, Vivian and Vincent, for the opportunity to present this idea in Taiwan. I truly appreciated your insights on how to utilize and potentially further develop the Smart NGT. I learned that the application of such a device in Asia might be better suited for erosive esophagitis rather than Barrett’s esophagus. Moreover, when developing such a device, ensuring cost-effectiveness will be critical.”
